International production company looking for Sales Manager
This position develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing and sales activities for assigned key customer groups in North-West Russia for Construction equipment.
DUTIES:
To ensure profitability and sales goals are met according to plans for assigned key customer groups and defined areas to support Constraction goals;
To develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for investors, consultants and new customers who are investing in the industry ;
To maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders (administration and authorities);
To develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for North-West Russia;
To define tactical pricing and marketing plans for current and prospective products by analyzing, maintaining and providing key marketing and industry trends, statistics and data for industry in the responsibility area;
COMPENSATION: monthly salary about gross RUR 50 000 + bonus for sold unit + annual bonus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in sales heavy machinery
Person needs to understand technical sales & field marketing, aggressive sales approach.
English is needed, good PC skills
