Company: International production company. World leader in construction equipment.

Responsibilities:
Providing diverse technical consultancy & trainings for Customers.
Administers Company product warranty/Product Improvement Program policies and resolves other reimbursement issues.
Tracks and reports competitive performance.
Position is a point of contact in dealer technical problems, gives technical consultations & emergency assistance. Solves very complex technical issues to assist company personnel and channel partners with a goal to improve reliability and serviceability of products by fully defining, quantifying and clarifying complex technical issues.
Conducts technical trainings for company personnel and to channel partners.
Analysis information from clients, prepares the statistical reports and recommendations.
Travels to collect failure data, market intelligence or competitive comparisons. Provides technical solutions to customers.

Requirements
MSc or BSc Engineering, Construction etc.
Experience in heavy equipment maintaining and servicing.
Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.
Product or service development process experience.
English language.

Conditions:
Location: Moscow.
Monthly salary from 120 000 RUR gross + annual bonus + benefits package
Russian citizenship only
