Finance Analyst

Location: Saint-Petersburg

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Duties:
Developing and maintaining score card system together with the Line Management;
Active Management support and follow-up in budgeting, capital spending, and cost-reduction;
Sparring up and counseling Branch Managers, Sales Dep.in financial questions;
Supporting unit funding, cash management, and risk management activities;
Providing complex financial analysis
Consolidating, analyzing, and evaluating financial information to ensure that management has timely and accurate info for fact-based decision-making;
Credit Administration, including setting up credit limits according to Unit credit policy and managing existing credit limits & receivables portfolio;
Contract verification and approval;
Manages, centralizes and coordinates the preparation and submittal of credit applications;
Coordinating Accounts Receivables for whole goods sales, parts, service and training to assist in maintaining the lowest level past due amounts;
Assists Sales Team with development of finance programs and promotions;

Preferred Qualifications:
MSc or BSc Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
Proven oral and written communication, writing and presentation skills in English
Experience in financial accounting assignments, consolidations, planning assignments
Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of market distribution channels and customers.
Analytical skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and scheduling
Knowledge of credit operations, finance programs

Salary 80000 rub gross per month
